How long does onboarding take?

Most clients are fully onboarded within 5–7 business days. Week 1 is dedicated to access setup, team introductions, and beginning the discovery process. Some larger accounts with complex tech stacks may take up to 10 days — but we've never needed more.

What does a typical first month look like?

Weeks 1–2 are discovery. Week 3 is strategy presentation. Week 4 is creative production and technical setup. By the end of month one, campaigns are live and the first performance data is already coming in. We don't spend 6 weeks in PowerPoint.

How do you measure success?

We agree on a KPI framework during Strategy phase before any campaigns go live. Primary metrics are always tied to business outcomes: revenue, leads, customer acquisition cost, or pipeline value. Secondary metrics (traffic, CTR, impressions) are directional signals — never the headline measure.

Do you require long-term contracts?

We work on a 3-month minimum engagement — enough time to complete Discovery, Strategy, and the initial Execution phase. After that, contracts are rolling monthly. Our 94% client retention rate tells you more about our confidence in this arrangement than any lock-in clause ever could.

How involved does our team need to be?

We ask for one primary point of contact and a weekly 30-minute check-in. Beyond that, we're designed to be low-friction. You have full visibility via your live dashboard at all times. We surface decisions that genuinely need your input — and handle everything else ourselves.

What happens if a campaign isn't performing?

We tell you immediately — and we already have a plan. Our process builds in weekly iteration cycles specifically for this. No campaign is left to underperform for a full month before action. Underperformance is data. We use it to get smarter faster.
